Some users continue to have problems creating new accounts or logging into their existing accounts in Zinio. For most users, a password reset will resolve these issues. If errors persist, contact RB Digital support using the form on the website at http://wyomingstatewy.oneclickdigital.com/#help (click on Support and then Submit Ticket). Users logging in to the websites for both Zinio for Libraries and OneClickDigital will be prompted to link their accounts if they also have an account on the other service. Please note that this linking is not always successful, as users may have set up accounts using different emails or usernames. After the OneClick and Zinio apps are fully integrated in 2017, these messages will no longer appear.

Recorded Books Digital performed a maintenance update on their site on November 2d. This update is to prepare for the eventual combination of OneClickDigital audio and ebooks with the Zinio for Libraries digital magazines service. There have been some lingering issue with logins and the Media Manager PC software after this update. RB Digital developers continue to work on these issues. Users who are experiencing problems logging in should email support using the form on the website at http://wyomingstatewy.oneclickdigital.com/#help (click on Support and then Submit Ticket).
Users logging in on the Zinio or OneClick websites may also be prompted to link their accounts, if they use both services. In early 2017, a new release of the OneClick app will allow users access to all the RBDigital content, include audio, ebooks, and magazines. Users do not have to link their accounts at this time.
Which Library do I select when setting up the app?
The new reading apps (Zinio for libraries) will ask users to select their library (after choosing their country and state). Even though other Wyoming libraries may be listed in the setup screen, you should select the Wyoming State Library, as this is a shared, statewide collection.
