Using the App - the Shelves view
Navigate in the app with the icons on the lower part of the screen. The shelves view is the default view when connecting to the app. Shelves are featured titles in the Cloud Library and are not a list of all the books the library has. To see more titles, use the categories or search feature. Tap on any book to view the detailed information and check it out, place on hold or view similar books.
The app will only show similar books when there are titles that meet the criteria.
Using the App - the Categories view
The Categories feature displays all the books in the collection sorted by broad, general category. To see subcategories, tap on the name of the category. Additionally, users can now filter categories to only show available books. The filter button appears at the top level of the categories display and does not show on subcategories.
Move back a step in the categories by tapping on the upper left button to return to a higher level.
Using the App - the Search feature
The search feature is similar to the PC version and you can select to only show available books. Searching is a broad keyword search.
Using the App - the My Books tab
Any books checked out using the PC software to your account will appear in the My Books shelves as well as any that you use the mobile app to check out. You can change this view to List View by tapping on the button on the top right of the screen. Some of the apps allow you to check in from the shelves view. You may need to open a book's details from the List View to see the check in button in some of the apps.

The buttons at the bottom of the My Books screen offer more options. The Wish List button will show all the titles you have on your Wish List. Reading History can be cleared at any time.
The Message Center will show any library generated messages as well as information about holds.
Account Profile is the same as in the PC software. This is where you would change the login to use a different account with 3M.
