June 27, 2018 - The authentication method for access to RBdigital changed the week of July 16th, 2018. Similar to Cloudlibrary, users need to associate a valid WYLD library card with their account. Patrons who do not have a library card on file in their RBdigital account will encounter a request to input one. After a successful verification of their library card, they will be able to continue to use their RBdigital apps by logging in with their current RBdigital username.
Patrons with a blocked or expired account will need to contact their library to clear up any issues with their card before they can continue using the service.
University of Wyoming users will be able to continue using their account by logging in to a mirrored version of the RBdigital site.

May 18th, 2018 - Changes for Statewide Access to Selected Databases provided by UW Libraries
The University of Wyoming Libraries and the Wyoming State Library have news to share regarding statewide access to selected resources.
Impending budget cuts led the State Library to examine their database subscriptions. We are pleased to announced that the University of Wyoming Libraries will be picking up subscriptions to most of the EBSCO databases the State Library can no longer afford to cover. They are MasterFILE Premier, Business Source Premier, AltHealth Watch, Fuente Academica, Health Source: Consumer Edition, Health Source: Nursing Academic, History Reference Center, and MedicLatina. Expect statewide access to continue without interruption for these resources.
The State Library's subscription to Agricola on the EBSCOhost platform will be canceled June 30, 2018, due to the fact that the database is also available on the ProQuest platform, as well as a free version on the National Agricultural Library's website (https://agricola.nal.usda.gov/)
Access to Mango Languages will end June 30, 2018.
Two years ago, the University of Wyoming Libraries began paying for the statewide subscription to Mango Languages. This year UW decided to review other options for this type of service. With feedback from UW and around the state evenly divided, UW decided to go with statewide access to Pronunciator. Please know that we will continue to evaluate online language learning services and have committed to Pronunciator for one year.
Pronunciator is from a Wyoming-based company whose software supports language learning for 80 languages and also includes English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction in 51 languages. In addition to self-guided learning, the service features live online conversation classes led by teachers and support for K-12 teachers and university professors who teach languages.
Pronunciator access is scheduled to begin July 1, 2018 and will be found on the GoWYLD Language Learning page.
Please direct any questions or concerns to the University of Wyoming Libraries' Collection Development Office: firstname.lastname@example.org
